1. This draw is not open to employees, relations of employees or suppliers of Poco Shoes.
2. Multiple submissions from the same person will only count as one entry.
3. The deadline for entry to the draw is 23.45 GMT on March 27th 2010.
4. The winner will be notified, via email, within 24 hours of the draw.
5. Poco Shoes reserves the right to publish the name of the winner using media controlled by Poco Shoes, including but not limited to www.pocoshoes.com web site, the Poco Shoes Facebook page, Twitter and the email based Poco News e-Newsletter.
6. One pair of shoes are to be won, they are Camilla Skovgaard S10018.1. Sizes available are 35,36, 37, 38, 39 and 40

Delivery Times & Charges |

We aim to dispatch you order within 24 hours. (Approx. delivery times below).
UK Orders are dispatched using a Next Day/Special Delivery service and need to be signed for when delivered.
European/Rest of The World Orders are dispatched using The Air Sure Service or International Signed For Service. For either service a signature will be required when your order is delivered, so please choose the delivery address with this in mind.
Charges and delivery lead-times are as follows:

Exchange/Returns Policy |

We can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size, subject to availability. We are unable to process any exchanges for a completely different item. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.
Poco-Shoes Ltd will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn.
Please be aware that shoes must be returned with their original designer packaging. Shoes returned without their original boxes will not be accepted.
Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU).
Before returning goods for refund or exchange, an email must be sent to customerservice@pocoshoes.com advising that an order is being returned. Failure in informing Poco Shoes of a return will delay any exchange or refund |

How to return goods for an EXCHANGE |

1.If you wish to exchange, please email us customercare@pocoshoes.com your required size and we will, subject to availability, reserve it for you if the item is in stock. The new goods can only be reserved for 5 days.
2. Fill out the exchange/returns form enclosed with your order confirming you would like an exchange and the reasons why.
3. All items must be returned in unused, re-saleable condition within 14 days of the invoice date. Goods can only be exchanged if there is no evidence of the goods being worn, damaged or altered in any way.
The customer is responsible for the postage costs incurred when returning an item. Goods must be returned with proof of purchase and by Royal Mail registered post only. Poco-Shoes Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any item returned to us in any other way.
The exchanged goods (subject to availability) will be shipped once the original goods are returned to stock.
All exchanged items will be shipped out at no cost to the customer. |

How to return goods that you think are FAULTY |

All shoes and boots are fully inspected prior to shipping. If however there is a fault with the goods, then please use this process.
1.If you wish to return goods, please email us customerservice@pocoshoes.com. Indicating what the problem with the goods are. Before returning goods for refund or exchange, an email must be sent to customerservice@pocoshoes.com advising that an order is being returned. Failure in informing Poco Shoes of a return will delay any exchange or refund
2. Fill out the exchange/returns form enclosed with your order confirming you are returning the goods
3. All goods must be returned in unused, re-saleable condition within 90 days of the invoice date.
The customer is responsible for the postage costs incurred when returning an item. Goods must be returned with proof of purchase and by Royal Mail registered post only. Poco-Shoes Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any item returned to us in any other way.
Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged or there is a subsequent manufacturing fault within a period of 90 days after delivery. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
Exchanges are possible if the item is available. We can only exchange faulty items for the same item in the same size, subject to availability.
You will receive a refund or replacement goods (subject to availability) once the original goods are returned to stock. |

Ordering more than one pair of shoes? |

If you wish to order more than one pair of shoes, for comparison so you can make a more detailed decision, Poco-Shoes will pay the shipping costs for you to return the items you don’t want to keep. The process is.
1. Order your shoes in the normal way.
2. We will ship your order and debit your credit/debit card.
3. You will have 7 days from invoice date to make your decision.
4. If you decide to keep all the shoes you order – Thank You!
5. If you wish to return all or any of your order, please fill out the exchange/returns form enclosed with your order confirming you would like to return the goods, if possible we would like to know why, this helps us understand our customers needs better.

As previously stated, international customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU). |

Refunds |

Refunds to you will be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation notice. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card including sales taxes for all EU country shipments excluding shipping charges. As previously stated, international customs duties and sales taxes are non- refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU)
Refunds crediting a debit/credit card. This can take 4-5 days. This time scale is set by the banks/card companies. Poco Shoes have no control over this. |
